Message	bill on the PS system -- so when i get off the phone w/ him i'll let you know what he says. I've been getting the feeling that he doesnt want to take responsibility for this -- he said "he wont run from me" but he keeps also saying their policy is to only reimburse for the cost of their work ($45). Course i also never saw their policy and if they didnt present it to you than its pretty much a moot point on their part.
